“Acquire truth, and do not sell it, get wisdom and instruction and understanding.” “For we are not like many, peddling the word of God, but as from sincerity, but as from God, we speak in Christ in the sight of God.” “Instead, we will speak the truth in love, growing in every way more and more like Christ, who is the head of His body, the church.” – Compilation of:Proverbs 23:23, II Corinthians 2:17, Ephesians 4:15

SHALOM! Welcome to the new intermediate www.HisTorah4u.com website. Perhaps you've been wondering - where have we been? Since our website went live in 2005, we have suffered 3 major "hacking" or "virus" attacks. The last set of attacks began in May of 2010 and continued up until February of 2011 .
Our previous hosting company was "GoDaddy.com" and they really did not take server security seriously. Every attack penetrated their server farms - and they could not prevent it. The best they could tell us was the attacks came from: Romania, China, or South Africa. The "back end" programing language was actually updated and installed from "GoDaddy" themselves. You can read about the vulnerability at their own website: "click here to read more." The analogy I tried to use with them is this: if I owned a private jet (my website), but I had to use your runway, your hanger, and your security firm (your hosting service) - and if my jet was damaged: it would be your fault since "they" got onto your airport, past your security, and broke into your hanger - to sabotaged my jet. "GoDaddy" doesn't see it that way - so obviously we have transferred our domain and website to a company that has the highest grades for security in the world and takes security a bit more seriously.
Our on-staff I.T. Nerds are busily making a new and improved website with more functionality and user interfaces - and with more features: their fingers are furiously typing away as you read this. As always EVERYTHING on the site will be FREE! We do not believe, and have never believed, that "theology" and knowledge about God is for sale. We hope to be putting up for your edification - more and more usable tutorials, guides, and reference material for all of the Moadim (Appointed Days) throughout the year. We are committed to the idea that if you desire to observe Passover for instance - you should not have to pay for Passover materials in order to be Torah Observant (Genesis 1:1 thru Revelation 22:21). We firmly believe and are convinced that God has provided this wonderful resource (we call the Internet) so that His Word may freely be spread around the world. It may not be a problem for a person in a Western country to buy a Haggadah for $9.99 - but in some parts of our tiny planet - $9.99 is a whole lot of money. If we are faithful - God will provide the ways and means to spread His Word.
Why DO we say that "Everybody Deserves To Be Saved?" It is more a response to ideas that have begun to percolate and reverberate within mainstream Churches and Synagogues in reference to patriotic, political, and nationalistic beliefs. That somehow it is a good thing when an errant missile blows up a house, or a village, or a tent city and dozens of people die. Or when suicide bombers blow themselves up in some faraway place and foreigners are killed and maimed. There is a tendency to say "good riddance," or "God bless (insert name of country)." With nary a nano-second of thought for where their souls might be heading at the moment of their deaths. HisTorah4u.com does not believe that the Messiah or His Apostles would have taken such a whimsical approach regarding the deaths of human beings. Terrorist, enemy combatant, or innocent victim - everyone deserves to be Saved (Acts 20:26). And the Job Description of every Judeo-Christian Believer is to make sure that everyone within our spheres of influence gest an opportunity to hear the Gospel of our Messiah and Savior.
Within a few days we will be putting up .PDF files of this years weekly Torah readings/commentaries. Our I.T. Nerds work solely for Mountain Dew and Dorrito's - so as long as we keep them fed and hydrated - they will stay put in their caves and keep working (we actually highly esteem our I.T. staff as they can DO what we older people cannot DO...as quickly).
Even with the downtime, our old website is apparently still functioning on servers in some parts of the world. God is faithful in His promises and His Word does not go out into the world without returning to Him with an increase. It is frustrating for us to suffer these attacks (apparently worldly people don't like what we have to say) - but God is in ultimate control and all things will work towards good (Romans 8:28).
Your Servant,
Rabbi David Miller
Luke 24:44-45
